About Jack Floyd

Jack Floyd was born and raised in Ponte Vedra Beach with a deep-rooted background and knowledge in the Real Estate and building industry. Jack’s father, Jerry Floyd, was a residential builder thru out his childhood. His mother, Michelle Floyd has been a top Real Estate agent in Ponte Vedra for 30 years.

From an early age, Jack was visiting construction sites with his father, to preparing homes for showings with his mother. There was always a fascination with homes and the vast difference in design, quality, and location.

After attending Florida State, Jack joined Chubb Development as the project manager of a 9-home private development in the Bahamas. After completion of the development, Jack saw an opportunity and opened, owned, and operated his own water sports business. Upon selling the business, Jack once again turned to the real estate industry joining the prestigious Sotheby’s International Realty brand.

Jack enjoys the North Florida lifestyle, being an avid boater, fisherman, golfer, and scuba diver. Having traveled to many areas of the world to enjoy his hobbies, Jack's appreciation for the uniqueness of Ponte Vedra Beach and North Florida gives him the confidence and knowledge of the vast communities and unique home sites in the market.
