About Michelle Floyd

Michelle is a highly experienced, knowledgeable, and well-connected real estate professional with an unrivaled and intimate knowledge of this area which she acquired from being an integral part of the community and an active participant in shaping its history over the past 45 years.
Michelle moved to Ponte Veda Beach in 1978 with her husband and their children. Initially, she participated in the building and development business with her husband, but ultimately expanded her role to help many local home builders market their home inventory and developers market their homesites. In 1983 Michelle joined the development team developing Marsh LandingCountry Club. Working, living, and raising her children in MarshLanding Country Club enabled her first-hand knowledge of all aspects of the development, including home building, drainage, roads, and architectural requirements. 
 Whether being among the first to ride over Sawgrass in a helicopter, walk lots before the roads were developed, and selling the first lot in The Plantation Country Club. Michelle has first-hand knowledge and experience in the Ponte Vedra Beach market, unlike any other realtor.

A mother of five, Michelle spends her free time training her two Australian Shepherd dogs, boating and fishing, or tackling her travel "bucket list".
